All of our modifications come with unlimited free support and free updates. If you would like us to install a modification for you or have hands on support via ftp, visit our support forums and ask about our Premium Support Package, which offers unlimited installations and hands on support for only 19.99 per month.

In purchasing our modifications, while we release all of our code open source so that you can edit and change our code to your heart's content, we ask that you not distribute our code in any way to anyone else. We also ask that if you use our modification on more than one website, that you purchase an additional license of the modification, which is 50% off the original price. This way, both of us get a good deal :).

If you happen to have any problems with your modification, please post them at our support forums so that we can fix the issue right away. All of our mods come with free updates, so each bug report or suggestion helps continue the awesome stability of our scripts. While all updates are free, we do reserve the right to release an existing modification as a new product (requiring a new purchase) if phpfox releases a fundamental update that requires that we completely rewrite our code (for instance, phpfox updates from 1.x to 2.0). This way, we can afford to release our mods for the most recent version.
